ORDER STATUS
You will receive email conformation at the time you place your order. Each time your order is updated or your order status changes, you will be sent notification by email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact customer service as soon as possible with any requests as we are unable to make modifications or cancellations after we have started the shipment process. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package. At this point your order status will be updated to "shipped" and you can track your package by signing in to your account and clicking the (link) in your order history.
